Shipping & Returns


Due to record high package volumes, FedEx is currently experiencing delivery delays across the US and cannot guarantee 2 day delivery service. We do recommend ordering early to provide plenty of time for delivery or consider upgrading to an Overnight shipping option for faster delivery.

We are pleased to be able to offer FEDEX 2 day service as our Standard Shipping method. This service guarantees delivery in 2 business days from the day your order ships, Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays)

If you need your items faster please select one of our Expedited shipping options.

Orders typically ship out within 3-4 business days. We ship Monday-Friday only.

Please note that if your order includes an item with a "Ships by" date, the entire order will be held until all pieces are available to be sent in one shipment. If you would like in-stock items to ship right away, please contact us to arrange a separate shipment, as an additional shipping fee may apply.

*Orders shipping to US Territories will be sent USPS Priority Mail which delivers in 2-3 business days* 

*Gift Boxes will be sent FedEx Ground which delivers in 3-5 business days*

    Expedited Shipping

    We also offer Expedited shipping methods for when you need or want your package more quickly. You can choose to send your package FedEx Overnight or Priority Overnight. Standard Overnight promises delivery between by 8pm,  Priority Overnight promises delivery between 10:30am-12:00pm to most areas. All Expedited shipments are delivered on business days (Monday - Friday).

    Orders shipping with an Overnight shipping option will shipped Monday-Thursday. We also offer Priority Overnight with Saturday delivery (delivery by 5pm), please contact us about rates for this method.



    All international orders are sent with FEDEX International Priority, the fastest shipping method available to us! This method is a flat rate based on your order total and varies by country. We ship most international orders in a waterproof soft pack and typical delivery times are within 3-5 business days, with most parts of Canada receiving their orders as soon as the next business day. When your package is shipped out we will email you your tracking number so you can check the status of your package. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know by putting this information in the order comments box before checkout so that we can try to best accommodate your timetable.

    Duty & Customs

    Please be aware of any customs/import duty charges as well as any VAT or country specific taxes that may apply as these are the responsibility of the buyer, we have no control over these costs and they can be expensive. Often times FEDEX will prepay these fees to expedite the clearance process of your package and will submit a bill to you once you have received your order. These additional charges are coming from the government of your country and are not an attempt to increase the cost of your order.

    *Please note - Orders cannot be marked as "gift" when shipping internationally.


    What is your return/exchange policy?

    Everything is returnable and exchangeable (excluding personalized items, gift boxes and face masks) within 30 business days from the day the order ships. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged to be accepted back. Anyone from our great Customer Service team will be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have. *Please note that characteristics in the silk or differing embroidery on items are not considered flaws. Our embroidery patterns are all-over designs and depending on how the item is cut for production the embroidery can vary, making every item unique! If you want to exchange them we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange and exchange shipping will be charged.

    *Please note that we are not able to accept items back for a return or exchange that arrive to us in a worn, washed or damaged condition. Damages that occur during the try on process and/or in transit back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns received in a unsellable condition will be returned back to the customer.

    How do I place an Exchange order?

    For Exchanges, simply place a new order for any new items or sizes that you require, and then follow the return instructions to send back the unused items for a refund. That way you aren't waiting for us to receive your items back before getting the new items to you! Please Note: Any exchange shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer unless a mistake was made on the order.

    How do I return?

    We allow you to send the items back whichever way is convenient for you! We recommend having the package tracked and insured for your peace of mind, but this is completely up to you. Please Note: Return and Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made on our part.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once the package is received and carefully inspected, it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 2-3 business days to be reflected on your account. (In rare cases, you may see it on your next statement.) We will contact you by email once the refund has been applied as well. Please Note: $11 USD will be withheld from your refund total to cover original shipping charges if you received Free Shipping and then returned items, causing the total of items kept on that order to fall below $200USD. If you placed an exchange order and paid for exchange shipping, this will not be deducted from your refund total.
