The Penelope dress is handmade in 100% single layer dupioni silk in a gorgeous shade of ivory. Featuring our stunning Penelope embroidered netting lace with a beautiful floral pattern. The embroidered flowers are ivory with champagne cording adding depth and detail unique to our designer baby clothes. Pearl style buttons in the back add pretty vintage accents and make it easy to change her into her dress. An ivory flower applique at the neckline along with gathered cap sleeves finish the timeless look. So pretty, she will be ready for her christening day, blessing day, for use as a flower girl dress, or her first birthday.

- We do not recommend using water to clean pieces made with silk, as it will affect the color and texture of the material, as well as cause the material to lose its natural sheen
- If you choose to hand wash your cotton items, use a very mild detergent and rinse items well. Keep in mind that water, heat and detergents can affect the shape, texture and color of the items and materials. Hang garments to dry, but avoid direct sunlight as this can discolor the materials

I was a bit hesitant ordering the size as my partner wants to order 3-6 months knowing my baby will be 8 months during her baptism. But it turned out just perfect size. All babies are different so better measure them first. It was a really cute dress with a nice ribbon. The shoes were a perfect match also together with the headband. Overall, a great value for money.
